Job Summary:

The Strategic Engineering Delivery Program Manager is responsible for supporting the coordination and alignment of strategic initiatives, enhance accountability across the enterprise, manage program efforts, engage with stakeholders, and support leadership in the efficient operation of IT-related business activities, including budget management and risk assessment.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Engineering Solutions (EES) Leadership team to identify and manage strategic EES initiatives, including objectives and KPIs, to ensure alignment with the organization's overall goals
  • Support processes to drive accountability across the enterprise, ensuring EES strategic efforts and programs meet their goals and deadlines
  • Identify and implement process opportunities across EES functions to support increased operational effectiveness
  • Provide support in managing EES programs, coordinating with project managers, teams, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units, senior management, and external partners, to gather input, provide updates, and address concerns related to EES projects and programs
  • Support the identification and management of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAIDs) for EES projects and programs
  • Support the development and maintenance of performance metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of EES projects and programs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Perform any other job duties as requested

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience is required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience as an IT professional is required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of project and/or program management experience is required
  • Experience managing Agile application development, system integration, infrastructure, or other technology delivery projects is required
  • Familiarity of the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare is preferred

Licensure and Certification:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification/training is preferred
  • Six Sigma certifications preferred
  • ITIL, MCD, MCSE, CCNE, CISSP, other Infrastructure, Development, or IT Management specific certifications are preferred

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Compensation Range:

$92,300.00 - $161,600.00

In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
