CONTEXT/ROLE:

The Infrastructure Security Specialist is in charge of providing expertise on infrastructure security topics at Edenred for the entire Group. S/he supports both Central infrastructure teams and local security teams in the different Business Units of Edenred.

S/he will report directly to the Infrastructure Security Lead and will be working with an existing team of security experts. Those experts specialize in various topics such as cloud security, AD security, application security, or data security.

This position is especially centered around Workplace Security expertise, that the Infrastructure Security Specialist will drive. S/he may work on other security topics as well, based on skills, interests and development wishes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Infrastructure Security Professional will:

»  Be the main technical expert on topics related to workplace security, including but not limited to:

o   Endpoint Detection & Response

o   Host Firewall

o   Management of software on workstations

o   BYOD and virtual workplace security

o   Device encryption and hardening

o   MDM & MAM

»  Work together with workplace teams from infrastructure to put in place workplace security controls

o   Note: workplace team deploys and maintains security tools

»  Drive the roll out of key security improvements and projects with the workplace security teams

»  Organize and perform infrastructure security run activities with the rest of the team. Examples include: granting of privileged access rights on infrastructure, approval of risky operations on infrastructure (flow approvals, exceptions to configurations on cloud…)

»  Define and follow key KPIs and controls on Infrastructure Security together with the rest of the team

»  Be a contributor to technological choices to protect the infrastructure, especially on workplace security tooling

»  Support BUs units and local security teams on infrastructure security related topics (especially workplace)

»  Maintain a close collaboration with Central Infrastructure teams

»  Support or contribute other members of the security team on other security topics, based on skills, interests and development wishes.

 REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE:

»  Approximately 5+ years’ experience, including experience in similar function.

»  Technological background plus process exposure

»  Fluent English level (mandatory)

»  Soft skills

o   Good communication skills

o   Proactive

o   Pragmatic and solution-oriented

o   Agile spirit

»  Experience in international IT organizations is a plus
