The opportunity 

The Service Line Support Lead will provide senior level engagement with leaders in the EY service lines to drive vulnerability remediation strategy changes and inform stakeholders of vulnerability health.  The Lead will work with their team to build vulnerability management into the operations of the service lines to improve and promote the strength of the EY security posture. This position will afford the opportunity to guide and shape talent within the organization and impact change from day to day and strategic operations. 

Your key responsibilities 

As the Service Line Support Lead in Vulnerability Management at EY, you will be at the helm of a dedicated team, tasked with translating complex vulnerability findings into clear, actionable intelligence for various service lines. Your role is pivotal in fostering robust relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that each service line is equipped with tailored remediation strategies that align with their specific security needs. Through effective communication and collaboration, you will drive the integration of vulnerability management practices into the fabric of the organization, enhancing our overall security posture. Your leadership will not only guide your team but also serve as a cornerstone in maintaining a resilient and proactive cybersecurity environment within EY. 

Skills and attributes for success 

• Demonstrated ability to distil complex, technical data into clear, concise explanations 

• Innate ability to develop and maintain relationships 

• Expert understanding of information security and cybersecurity principles 

• Ability to work independently and prioritize 

• Extensive experience briefing C-level executives 

• Efficient research methodologies 

To qualify for the role you must have 

• 10+ years of Information Security experience 

• 2+ years of data analytics experience and related metrics development and reporting 

• Strong knowledge of identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in an enterprise environment 

• An expert ability to explain information security and cybersecurity principles 

• Demonstrated experience assessing and communication the risk of vulnerabilities to all levels within an organization 

• An in-depth understanding of security control functionality in the context of threats 

• An interest and aptitude for engaging stakeholders and developing a functional network of subject matter experts 

• Proficiency developing non-traditional solutions to complex challenges 

• Experience mentoring and developing junior talent from diverse backgrounds 

Ideally, you’ll also have 

• Analytics background 

• Threat Intelligence experience
