Description

  • Performing a variety of tasks related to the facilities and maintenance of the Suites. Performs MAC and Event support activities
  • Performing minor maintenance service
  • Escorting contractors in performance of scheduled work
  • Performing general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
  • Acting as POC for all shipping/receiving activities
  • Performing general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
  • Maintaining office and break-room inventory
  • Providing typing, graphic, and presentation support; selecting appropriate computer applications, planing the details of formatting, spacing and page layout using various software capabilities.  May perform editing of author’s documentation based on training, experience, and/or reference sources.
  • Answering routine inquiries of visitors, department employees, and telephone calls.  Refers inquiries as appropriate
  • Coordinating and monitoring schedules meeting and appointments, and making travel arrangements in accordance with company policy
  • Following administrative, confidential, and sensitive data guidelines in maintaining the security of company proprietary and classified information.  May escort visitors.
  • Assisting in establishing budgets and monitoring project performance, project status reporting, documentation and pricing for proposals.
  • Maintaining program records and preparing special and recurring reports following general direction
  • Performing other general clerical duties including but not limited to reproducing documents, proofreading, establishing and maintaining files, reserving conference rooms and ordering refreshments for meetings.
  • Assisting in the receptionist duties when needed
  • Assisting with personnel security requirements utilizing DISS, NISS, SWFT, SIMS
  • Assisting the FSO with administering the SRC Security Program, to include physical security requirements such as safes, access controls, intrusion detection systems, cameras, incident response, reporting, and insider threat program requirements

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with no experience

  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager

Desired Skills

  • Understanding of basic Facility Maintenance concepts and requirements
  • Experience with processing actions related to Common Access Cards (CAC)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SIMS, access control systems, intrusion detections systems, cameras, fingerprint systems, picture badge systems, etc.

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
