Assoc Analyst Billing

What success looks like in this role:

-Provides day to day support to accurately record transactions related to product and client master database in the appropriate system following proper internal controls 

-Provides comprehensive services and has technical knowledge to solve complex problems. 

-Understands Unisys business strategy and can operate successfully with little supervision. 

-Handles more complex processes/issues/hold conditions utilizing system knowledge and experience

-Training of new hires, mailbox distribution and System closing/Interface rejections

-Handle complex special processes

-System testing

You will be successful in this role if you have:

-Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent (mandatory)

- minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of product life cycle management or product setups (preferred)

-Familiarity with common financial systems and experience in system interaction. 

-Experience in an ERP/shared service environment (preferred)  

-Effective communication skills expressed through conversation, instructing, written memos, written work instructions and flow charts. 

-Ability to work in a team environment and lead special projects.

- Proficient with MS excel/VBA, reporting and data analysis.

- Flexible with working in shifts
