The Role

Are you passionate about security architecture and driven to protect against the latest threats? We are seeking a Security Architect who will join our team and take the lead on developing, implementing, and maintaining our security strategy within our Service Provider organization. 

As our Security Architect, you will work closely with our leadership team to design and implement effective security solutions that not only protect our business objectives and regulatory requirements, but also provide innovative solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats.

You will conduct risk assessments and threat modeling to identify and prioritize risks to our business and IT assets, using your extensive experience in security architecture design and implementation within a Service Provider environment to create a cutting-edge security architecture framework. You will also work to maintain policies, standards, and guidelines related to information security within our organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and technologies such as encryption, authentication, and authorization solutions.

Your role will also involve conducting security reviews of vendors and third-party partners to ensure they meet our rigorous security standards, as well as performing regular security and risk reviews of our Service Provider environment to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation activities.

• Designing, architecting & building IGA solutions involving Saviynt EIC.
• Responsible for the deployment of the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud Solution
• Deployment of SC2.0 connectors in the customer environment and Integration with Active Directory (AD).
• Integration of Azure AD, Exchange, ServiceNow, REST API connectors for managing Web Applications and authoritative source integration (such as SAP, PeopleSoft and Workday)
• Configure application business behaviours for provisioning activities, such as joiner/mover/leaver activities and access request modules.
• Manage identity and account schemas that include custom attributes specific to the organization
• Import account and entitlement data into Saviynt EIC and correlate accounts to the appropriate account owner
• Implement the Certification campaigns and ensure the audit compliance requirements are met for the customer
• Implement Role based access provisioning policies in Saviynt EIC
• Manage lifecycle rules, triggers, events to ensure the required provisioning actions.
• Configuration of workflows in Saviynt as per customer requirements
• Utilize tools for onboarding, troubleshooting, and working with Saviynt Support, including the EIC Console, Advanced Analytics etc.
• Hands on experience for developing JSONs required for any type of integration.
• Demonstrate strong project delivery experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables using project management methodologies
• Provides mentoring and guidance to junior engineers
• Perform assessment and IGA roadmap for clients
• Help shape proposal for IGA deployments and assessments
• Help shape statements of work for IGA related work
• Develop deliverable templates and act as subject matter expert for client discussions

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security architecture design and implementation within a Service Provider organization•Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
• Deep understanding of security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection
• Strong knowledge of cloud security concepts and technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in Saviynt architecture and development
• Experience of leading a team of developers
• Saviynt EIC L100 & L200 Certified Engineer.
• Strong knowledge in Identity and Access Management domain.
• Good knowledge in Identity Governance and Administration.
• Solid understanding of the Saviynt object model, rules, policies
• Experience with Saviynt workflows including joiner, leaver, mover
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, JSONs and web services (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with both life cycle manager and compliance manager modules

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Integration of Identity proofing tools and vendor management tools are preferred.
• Strong verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations
• Experience in leading technical architecture and security design discussions with developers and infrastructure team
• Experience with consultative and complex technical deployment projects, managing various stakeholder relationships
• Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
• Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in handling incidents, service requests and changes as per ITIL principles.
