We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Expert with in-depth knowledge of SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CIAM solutions to ensure secure and seamless customer experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of identity management, access control, and data privacy, coupled with hands-on experience with SAP CDC.

The Opportunity:

  • Architect and implement CIAM solutions using SAP CDC for managing customer identities and access.

  • Ensure the seamless integration of CIAM solutions with various applications and services.

  • Oversee the daily operations of CIAM systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

  • Manage and troubleshoot issues related to customer identity and access management.

  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect customer data. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, product development, and customer support.

  • Provide expertise and guidance on CIAM best practices and SAP CDC functionalities.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in identity and access management. 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC).

  • Strong understanding of CIAM concepts, technologies, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in SAP CDC, including its features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.

  • Experience with identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements

Preferred:

- SAP CDC certification.

- Experience with other CIAM solutions and identity management platforms.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- CISSP, CISA, ABAC, RBAC, CRISC, ITIL, CISM, ACCS, I&AM, or CIAM will be an advantage
