Role overview

As a Global Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible to act as trusted advisor and collaborate cross function to incorporate security best practices into project lifecycles and operations. You will deliver trainings, guidance, and coaching to improve security awareness and compliance across the company.

Your impact

• Apply a Risk-Based Security Approach: Guide teams in addressing potential security risks and implementing effective controls, such as for TISAX or Road Vehicle Cyber Security initiative.
• Enhance Security Culture: As an Information Security expert, simplify security and improve understanding through clear, tailored communication for stakeholders.

• Drive and Support Projects: Lead and support information security initiatives including the design, hands-on tasks, and developing team competencies.

• Primary Point of Contact: Serve as main contact for information security in the Americas division, bridging global Security efforts with divisional functions and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Operational Activities: Assist the global team in operational activities, such as control testing, ensuring our security measures are robust and effective.
• Training and Coaching: Provide training, guidance, development, and coaching to improve security awareness and compliance at all levels.

Your background:

We value your mindset and soft skills for this role, and we expect that you have:

• Passion for Information Security & Cyber Security with 3-5 years of experience, focusing on risk and compliance.
• A degree or equivalent in Information Security/Cyber-Security, IT Security or a related field.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A pragmatic, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-paced, global environment.
• Experience with frameworks like ISO 2700x, NIST, TISAX, ITIL, SOX, COBIT, COSO
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CSX or similar
