SummaryThe IAM Cloud Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions using Sailpoint, Ping, and other IAM tools. This role involves integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools with IAM systems to streamline and automate identity management processes. The IAM Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient identity management, troubleshoot complex IAM issues, and stay up to date with the latest IAM trends and best practices.

Minimum RequirementsCombination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Sailpoint Certified Identity Professional, Certified Professional, PingOne DaVinci, and Certified Identity & Access Manager (CIAM), or any related certifications preferred.Years of Experience:  •Minimum eight (8) years of experience with cloud IAM architectural design and implementation.•Minimum seven (7) years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).•Minimum three (3) years of experience in Information Security Architecture experience.
•Extensive experience with Sailpoint and Ping for identity and access management solutions.•Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and their integration with IAM systems.•Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Active Directory and other identity architectures.•Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and federation.•Experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions in complex enterprise environments.•Ability to develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures.•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues.•Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.•Experience with AWS IAM and Entra ID architecture and implementation as well as deep knowledge of cloud-native identity solutions and federation services.

Job Duties•Design, implement, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Sailpoint, Ping, and other IAM tools.•Integrate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools with IAM systems to streamline and automate identity management processes.•Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure secure and efficient identity management.•Define and implement IAM architecture across platforms, especially within cloud infrastructure.•Drive IAM security policies, ensuring applications meet secure-by-design standards.•Evaluate current IAM landscape and identify both risks and mitigations providing information security leadership with prioritization recommendations.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IAM solutions in complex enterprise environments. This includes evaluation of existing IAM automation and providing guidance for enhancement and security improvement.•Be a key contributor in Information Security threat modeling exercises and security assessments.•Work in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) environments, including participation in PI Planning, System Demos, and strong collaboration skills with product managers or release train engineers (RTE) to implement architectural solutions.•Participate in architectural review boards for new applications being considered for the enterprise.•Experience conducting IAM security audits and assessments, against frameworks such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), NIST, and PCI.•Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues, providing technical support and guidance to other teams.•Conduct regular assessments and audits of IAM systems to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.•Stay up to date with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve IAM solutions.•Provide training and support to other team members on IAM tools and processes.•Lead and participate in IAM-related projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project objectives.•Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their IAM needs and provide appropriate solutions.•Ensure any direct reports understand and apply our Customer Commitment and customer service standards to their daily responsibilities, as appropriate.•Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.•Other responsibilities as assigned.

Office/IT - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24 hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
