Who we are looking for:
As a Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will lead sophisticated cybersecurity projects and programs that enhance governance, compliance, risk management, and security operations. You will provide strategic direction, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure that security solutions align with organizational and regulatory requirements.
This senior-level role requires proven experience in cybersecurity program management, governance, or risk management within the technology, financial, automotive, or enterprise security industries. The ideal candidate will have a consistent record of leading enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you get to do:
- Lead and run moderate to large complex cybersecurity projects and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide strategic direction to project teams and peers to drive successful project execution.
- Design, develop, and manage project plans, adjusting to evolving business and security requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
- Apply strong problem-solving and influencing skills to drive project plans, ensuring outcomes align with intent.
- Partner cross-functionally with business and technology teams, providing strategic and tactical thought leadership to achieve project success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to enhance collaboration and commitment to cybersecurity initiatives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
What you bring to the team:
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management within cybersecurity, technology or information security.
- Experience leading complex cybersecurity initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (NIST, NIST CSF, ISO 27001), and risk management best practices.
- Experience in managing large-scale security projects, including governance, compliance, incident response, or cloud security initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills.
- Ability to navigate organizational structures and drive alignment among diverse teams.
- Experience in Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- PMP, CISM, CISSP, Scrum Master or other relevant certifications are a plus.
