About the Job

INSIDE OUR INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS

  • You are responsible for coordinating the IT Cybersecurity activities for the project(s) you are assigned to. Inside these projects, you handle various activities related to the IT Cybersecurity, for example coordinating the implementation of particular technology controls
  • You are more generally responsible for the Information Security inside the Projects, meaning the protection the information on all media and by all means
  • You are responsible to define the OT Information Security strategy, plan the activities and support them which can be partially assimilated to a “vendors’ management” scope (T.EN acts as a System Integrator in the projects). The activities are executed by a small team of OT Cybersecurity Engineers that you supervise
  • For the 3 above perimeters, you are fully integrated inside the Project team and represent the T.EN Information Security posture in front of the other Departments or in front of the Client. This representation role is an important part of the job

BEFORE OUR INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS

The ISPM is involved in the proposal phase (or tendering), when the commercial offers are being emitted to potential Clients and targeting at tentative projects (prospects)

You are responsible for analyzing all the documentation provided by the potential Client, outlining from it the key elements that will require Information Security inputs, writing commercial narratives and preparing a quotation for the services of your colleagues.

This estimator’s role is an important part of the job

SPOT ACTIVITIES

Based on the situation, you are involved in ad-hoc activities like Information Security Incident management or Information Security audits.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management-related activities:
    • Planning of activities and, generally, Project Management activities at your level (integrating the key factors: time, cost, quality)
    • Projects’ documentation analysis (notably, contractual documents)
    • Projects’ documentation writing (procedures or technical specifications)
  • Relationship management inside and outside your project(s)
  • Implementation of project-level IT Cybersecurity or Information Security measures
  • More specifically for OT Cybersecurity with regards to the supply chain projects:
    • OT Cybersecurity specifications preparation for vendors of OT systems
    • Vendors’ document reviews for the implementation of OT Cybersecurity measures
    • Tests planning and execution for the implementation of OT Cybersecurity measures by vendors
  • Common activities:
    • Information Security risk assessment (IT or OT)
    • Information Security audits (IT or OT)
    • Information Security trainings (IT or OT)
    • Incident management (IT, OT or non-technical)
  • Team’s coordination or, for the OT Cybersecurity, team’s supervision
  • More specifically for proposals (commercial offers):
    • Proposals’ documentation analysis
    • Proposals’ quotation issuance
    • Proposals narratives writing
  • Reporting

About You

 We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in either Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Operations Technology or industrial Project Management activities
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in team management or team coordination
  • You have ideally an experience in the Energy sector or a similar industrial one
  • Diplomas or certifications in Cybersecurity will be given preference. If not applicable, a field knowledge of Information Security and Cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ISA / IEC 62443 will be appreciated
  • For the US context particularly, the knowledge of the NERC and of the NIST series of standards will be a plus
