The Engineering Hub Function leads technical cross-functional activities from the entire "Woven City" perspective. It creates policies and supports service development from quality management. Our team, as one of sub-Function of Engineering Hub, supports internal developers in terms of cybersecurity and its operation. We make policies and guidelines for cybersecurity risk management, advise developers, and lecture software designers and product operators on conducting risk assessment based on the corporate risk control framework.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity specialist to be the responsible person for the cybersecurity of novel services for use in a city as a test course for mobilities. You will support the engineering teams to align with the secure software development lifecycle, report status to Leadership, and propose process improvements. You will establish yourself as a specialist and help to solve ambiguous and complex questions.
Your contributions will span the entire development lifecycle, from conception to design, production and maintenance. You will collaborate with the corporate security team, find a better solution to accelerate services or products development for the launch of Woven City in Japan and lay the foundation for global expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support service developers in terms of cybersecurity, utilizing strong cybersecurity expertise
- Lead process improvements, collaborating with the corporate security team
- Create cybersecurity guidelines following corporate policy
- Assist development and operations teams in developing secure architectures
- Align strategic goals and efficiently manage projects, with liaison with multiple development and business teams
- Have fun!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Information Security, computer science or related field
- 5+ years of relevant engineering or operation experience
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written both English and Japanese with members from diverse backgrounds
- Flexibility and tenacity to deal with diverse decision-making mechanisms and logic
NICE TO HAVES
- Proven capability on cybersecurity domain (e.g. holding CISSP, GIAC or JP RISS)
- Experience with internal policy or standard development
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- Experience of software development with secure coding method
- Agile/scrum work style
- Communication skills, with a sense of urgency and the ability to take action to execute transactions effectively and efficiently
