Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager who will work with our Professional Services and Subscription Services teams in the planning, development, and tracking of the project and resource schedules that make up our services delivery program. This person ensures their programs are delivering on time performance, on scope deployment with world class customer service.  This is achieved via effective communication and knowledge of the individual projects that make up the larger program. The Program Manager will lead and supervise programs through completion, overseeing successful output. You will outline the program's goals and objectives while acting as a liaison between program staff and upper management and executives. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Strategize and outline the goals and objectives of the program 
• Assign project managers and team members to projects 
• Set program controls, governance, and standards 
• Monitor multiple projects through the entire program cycle 
• Manage the day-to-day detailed aspects of multiple projects 
• Set timelines and due dates 
• Coordinate and utilize resources for multiple projects in the program 
• Manage and submit program documentation 
• Communicate with project managers to address potential risks 
• Solve problems and issues 
• Track program progress 
• Communicate program objectives, goals, and progress to program directors, executives, upper management, and stakeholders 
• Evaluate and supervise multiple projects 
• Lead and mentor project staff and team members 
• Prepare and present progress reports to program directors 
• Assist team members and project managers when needed to accomplish team goals 

Skills and Experience

• Ability to effectively read internal external customer temperatures and adjust your strategy as needed 
• Capacity to discern and prioritize department and company goals to align them with program decision making  
• Previous experience in program management, project management, administration, or related field 
• Proficient computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of program/project management software (NetSuite, Certinia, Smartsheet's, Jira) a plus 
• Knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques; performance evaluation and change management principles 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The annual starting salary for this position is between $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Bring your Whole Self to Work!
