Your Tasks:

• Our mission: Cyber Security Audit team was established within SIT Barcelona Cyber security department to help protect Schwarz group from cybersecurity threats by developing and delivering effective and proactive security testing and audit services to the group members to suit the ever-growing organizational needs.
• This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience of working as part of a security service team in a well-established international company.
• Act as a central contact person for the Group entities in the course of the planning and coordination of external IT audits - as an interface between the external auditor and the audited IT departments.
• Holistic planning and of the audit activities - dates / interviews, coordination of evidence requests and tracking of open points.
• Active support to all the parties involved throughout the entire audit cycle.
• Consulting the IT departments and group entities about suitable measures for the sustainable remediation of the audit findings.
• Support for the further development and improvement of internal Security controls and processes with regard to audit-relevant requirements.
• Maintaining records of the audit activities and their findings in the internal GRC tool.
• Providing support with regular reporting on various security audit KPIs.
• Managing and contributing to internal projects and process development.
• Working with security audit team on providing other audit support and coordination services to the Group.

Your Profile:

• Some experience in information security/IT audits or project management.
• Reliable, organised, structured way of working – individually and within the team.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to using new systems and processes.
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks/projects.
• Customer service orientated approach and excellent communication skills.
• Good level of English and German is a must: we are providing services to international internal customers across 30 countries and the role will involve close collaboration with German audit providers.
• Reliable, analytical, structured way of working, also in a team.
• Basic knowledge of and interest in Information Security, Cyber Security, Data Protection principles, and common security frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, GDPR, NIST) would be useful but not essential.
