Ferring+You 

As our Senior IT Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and drive compliance initiatives across IT Systems within our pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will need to ensure that IT compliance strategy, processes and regulatory requirements (GxP, GDPR, IT Security, Data Integrity, etc.) are implement and met across our different manufacturing sites while also providing expert guidance on risk assessments, validation documentation, and best practices.

Your day at Ferring

  • Lead IT Compliance Deliverables.

  • Develop key qualification/validation documentation.

  • Conduct risk assessments and testing plans.

  • Review and approve IT project documentation to ensure compliance.

  • Enforce IT compliance procedures across teams.

  • Maintain completeness and traceability of requirements to testing.

  • Embed IT compliance best practices within project teams.

  • Ensure adherence to corporate SOPs and templates.

  • Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, IT Security, Data Integrity).

  • Support key decisions related to regulatory needs.

  • Maintain compliance tools such as RQM, TrackWise, Veeva, ServiceNow, Excel @Risk.

  • Ensure timely completion of compliance activities and deliverables.

  • Provide IT compliance awareness and training to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and report on IT compliance activities for computerized systems

Behind our Mission…There’s you

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in IT compliance or quality management within a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment.

  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure Qualification within pharma manufacturing is mandatory.

  • Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP, and other pharmaceutical regulations.

  • Expertise in Information Security, Data Privacy, and Financial Controls.

  • Working knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure components, and compliance tools from an admin standpoint (e.g., Trackwise, Veeva).

  • Knowledge of Risk Modelling and Monte Carlo Simulation is a great plus.

  • Hands-on attitude on producing documentation.

  • You are someone who is capable of translating complex issues into simple ones (what a super power!).

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Proficiency in English.
