Job Description & Summary: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in VAPT , including:  Web Application Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing, Mobile Application Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing , API and Network Penetration Testing, Cloud Security, Network Security, SOC Monitoring and Incident management.

Responsibilities:

SOC Monitoring

• Conduct SOC Operations and Review
• Coordination and oversight of Managed Security services
• Support in development of SOPs & automation playbooks
• Analyze requirements for any custom parser, custom source etc.
• Governance of managed SOC operations
• Briefing to SrMgmt on SOC reports and metrics
• Reviews Use cases
• New Use Case Formation.
• Conduct Incident Response
• Conduct Cyber Drills
• Carryout EDR incident management
• Prepare and review SOC incidents
• Prepare threat assessment report with managed service provider

Mandatory skill sets:

SOC Monitoring

• Excellent understanding and proven hands-on experience in SIEM concepts such as correlation, aggregation, normalization, and parsing
• Strong knowledge of frameworks such as Cyber Kill Chain, Mitre and Adversary Tactics, Techniques
• Expertise in writing searches, SIEM Infrastructure and content use case development, well-versed with SIEM architecture and design
• Hands on exp with information security tools such as SIEMs, FW, IDS/IPS, EDR, Sandboxes, etc.
• Understanding of events, related fields in log records and alerts reported by various data sources such as Windows/Unix systems, IDS/IPS, AV, HIDS/HIPS, WAFs, firewalls, and web proxies.

Preferred skill sets:

• Strong organizational, teamwork, multitasking & time management skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities. Ability to effectively communicate the required recommendations.

• 2+ Years

Education qualification:

• Minimum Qualification: BE/ BTech
