Team Lead CyberSOC (all genders)

You have a passion for people management and simultaneously want to drive forward our Cyber Security Operations Center offering technically, bringing in your own ideas, experiences and values? Then this is your chance!

In the role of Team Lead CyberSOC (all genders), you will be primarily responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of our security expert team in the CyberSOC. In close cooperation with the Global CyberSOC, other Global Operations units and of course your team, you safeguard IT and OT assets of our customers.

It would be perfect if you live near our CyberSOC hub located in Augsburg or our Munich-based headquarter and can join us promptly.

Key responsibilities:

In addition to ensure the professional and personal development of your team members, you will be responsible for the following on a strategical, tactical and operational level:

• Implementation of the CyberSOC operations overall strategies
• Continuous improvement of services delivered to our customers
• Functioning as a point of contact for internal teams and customers
• Collaborating with the CyberSOC management as well as other managers and service owners to contribte to the development of current and new strategies
• Monitoring of local service activation / customer onboarding projects
• Analysis of KPIs and monthly reporting thereof
• Ensure a high quality of monthly reports for our customers

Skills & experience you should bring along:

• Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, with a focus on IT security or comparable vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in a (Cyber)SOC as well as comprehensive know-how in the field of security analysis, incident detection & response, ideally within a (Cyber)SOC
• Initial experience in the professional and disciplinary management of a team and a passion for the further development of employees
• A high level of social competence while acting and thinking in an entrepreneurial spirit
  
• A solution-oriented mind and analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
• Team spirit as well as customer orientation paired with a confident appearance and very good discussion and negotiation skills
• Business fluency in both GERMAN AND ENGLISH
