Overview:The ideal candidate should possess expert knowledge in backend development, writing reusable, testable, and efficient code for an on-premise product. You will be core to increasing performance on a multi-threaded, low-latency, high-availability, and scalable application. You will work as part of the core engineering team and follow our Agile software development processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive the technical strategies for our products.
Responsibilities:·       Ensuring continued performance increases of our Netflow ingestion engine·       Implementing effective security protocols and  data protection measures·       Documenting technical designs around processing pipeless and database schematics·       Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies and coordinating with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions. Qualifications:·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).·       Strong knowledge and experience with Java Multi-threaded applications·       Strong knowledge of scalable database architectures for both ingestion and retrieval·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.·       Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent. Nice to Have:·       Databases – Clickhouse and MongoDB·       Networking -  SDWAN, SNMP, Flow, Packets·       Cloud – AWS, Azure, and GCPIf you share our enthusiasm for the future of our company and are eager to contribute to our vibrant workplace, we look forward to receiving your application!
