As a technology leader across mobile, fixed and cloud networks, our solutions enable a more productive, sustainable and inclusive world.Responsible for Cloud Infrastructure delivery for key NAM & LAT customers, ensuring alignment with committed domain scope, timelines, key revenue milestones, and delivery costs against the as-sold baseline (ASBL).
- Serve as the project escalation point for key technical issues impacting the project, collaborating with business group delivery managers, program directors, Market Services (MS), and Product & Engineering (P&E) leaders to ensure smooth and profitable execution.
- Onboard local, remote, and near-shore deliveries as per Nokia’s contractual commitments, maintaining high quality and preventing negative deviations in project financials for responsible projects.
- Accountable for aligning service demand and resource supply between Market Services and Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring that resource supply (cost booking) is in sync with the cost baseline.
- Contribute to decision-making during the pre-sales phase, validating scope and cost for Cloud Infrastructure deliverables.
- Identify cost overruns and deviations, supporting Nokia business groups in calculating nonconformance cost impacts and taking proactive actions to mitigate risks.
- Ensure organization tools are updated with the latest information and oversee the delivery quality of projects, addressing any resource gaps.
Technical Expertise
- Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., CBIS,NCS,NCP,OCP) and services.
- Systems Architecture: Ability to understand scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.
- Automation & Scripting: Knowledge about automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Networking: Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., DNS, VPNs, routing, firewalls).
- Security Best Practices: Familiarity with security principles, compliance requirements, and threat mitigation techniques.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Experience with tools and techniques to monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement fixes.
- DevOps Practices: Experience in CI/CD pipelines and integration with development teams.

- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and meet delivery milestones.
- Budget Management: Understanding of cost control, budgeting, and delivering within the specified financial constraints.
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
