About the role
Are you passionate about using your IT skills to enhance cyber resilience? At Reckitt, we're looking for an IT & D Senior Business Analyst to bring fresh thinking and a creative approach to our fast-paced team. You will be pivotal in driving forward our cybersecurity initiatives, collaborating with a dedicated team to develop new detections and refine our systems, all within the dynamic world of Splunk technologies.

Your responsibilities
- Support the IT Controls function by assessing and monitoring IT General Controls (ITGC) across various systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and control assessments using Power BI for reporting purposes.
- Identify opportunities to introduce efficiencies and automation in IT control testing and monitoring processes, leveraging scripts, data analytics, and automation tools to enhance control effectiveness.
- Design and implement automated control testing solutions where feasible, reducing reliance on manual testing and improving scalability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate automated control monitoring into system processes and workflows.
- Provide project management support for the Controls Transformation initiative, including tracking milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution of key deliverables.
- Work with stakeholders across IT and business units to drive the implementation of ITGC enhancements and remediation activities.
- Collaborate with 1st Line of Defense (1LOD) teams to provide guidance on control design and implementation.
- Review and challenge IT risk assessments, control remediation plans, and associated documentation.
- Assist in the coordination of IT control audits, including interactions with internal and external auditors and consultants (e.g., KPMG, EY).
- Monitor and track ITGC deficiencies, ensuring timely remediation and escalation of high-risk issues.
- Utilize AuditBoard as a GRC system to track IT risk, controls, and compliance activities.
The experience we're looking for
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT controls, IT audit, IT risk management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC) frameworks and best practices (SOX, NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Proven experience in data analytics/manipulation, including the ability to analyse large datasets and generate insights.
- Experience with technology-driven automation in IT controls, risk monitoring, or compliance processes.
- Familiarity with IT control testing methodologies and remediation tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence senior business leaders.
- Knowledge of automated testing through tools such as GRC and Auditboard. Experience of setting up automated testing will be a bonus.
- Knowledge of IT environments, including cloud platforms, ERP systems, and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant degree qualification desired (in a science or IT subject or related discipline).
- You will have, or be working towards certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, cloud security, or similar.
- The ability to apply lateral thinking to find new solutions to problems independently
- Willingness to adapt and learn new skills.
- Experience of working in a multi-skilled and diverse IT team.
