3B Data Security (part of UBDS Group) are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Director to lead their dynamic sales team in the cyber security sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within the cyber security industry, with a strong drive for personal and professional growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can formulate and execute a go-to-market strategy, drive the team to meet and exceed targets, and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
· Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
· Drive sales performance through effective team leadership and motivation.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data and reports.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across both the private and public sectors.
· Represent 3B Data Security at industry events and conferences, effectively selling the company’s services and capabilities.
· Collaborate closely with the CEO and Group CRO to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

KPI's:
1. Sales Targets Achievement:
- Percentage of sales targets met or exceeded.
- Revenue growth compared to previous periods.
2. Go-to-Market Strategy Execution:
- Successful implementation of the go-to-market strategy.
- Market penetration and expansion metrics.
3. Team Performance:
- Team productivity and efficiency.
- Individual performance metrics for team members.
4. Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Number of new clients acquired within target market.
- Client retention rates and satisfaction scores.
5. Sales Data Accuracy:
- Timeliness and accuracy of sales data and reports.
- Reduction in data discrepancies and errors.
6. Network Expansion:
- Growth and engagement within the cyber security industry network.
- Number of industry events attended and new connections made.
7. Collaboration with Leadership:
- Alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.
- Effective communication and collaboration with the CEO and Group CRO.
