Our Team:

In a context of the acceleration of the Manufacturing and Supply Digital transformation, we are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Cyber Security expert to join our team and contribute to enhance the Cyber standardization of Shop Floor and Labs Core Solutions portfolio (OT security) and increase their level of cyber protection.In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of cyber security at a leading global biopharmaceutical company and contribute to protect ones of the most critical Business processes and assets of the company without which drugs cannot be delivered to patients.

Key responsibilities:

• Shopfloor and Labs standardization: interact with multidisciplinary Teams (Global Engineering and Automation, Quality and various Digital Teams) to simplify and harmonize deployment & maintenance of the Core Solutions
  • Co-create Architecture design and specifications for Core Shop Floor systems (EMS, BMS, DCS, SCADA,…) and establish new guidelines for several key cyber activities on OT systems (backup & restore, security patches deployment, vulnerability management…)
  • Animate and drive the Shop Floor Domains (SFD) empowerment to enhance the level of control and security protection of Active Directory instances dedicated to Shopfloor operations

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams (Digital, Engineering, Quality, site Operations,…) to ensure that cyber security operations are delivered sustainably on M&S sites and that Cyber considerations are integrated into relevant projects and initiatives
  • Ensure the operational implementation of Cyber security processes, tools and activities on M&S sites (patch management, system and network protection, obsolescence management, access management, detection capabilities,…)
  • Perform Cybersecurity risk assessment in local M&S site projects and provide expertise and guidance on technical solutions and standards
• Culture Development: Drive a strong Cyber Security Culture throughout M&S through education, automation, and self-service initiatives

About you

• Education:
  • University/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, preferably in Cybersecurity.

• Experience:
  • Basic understanding of OT systems and industrial control systems (ICS)
  • Good skills in IT architectures / systems / network
  • Basic knowledge of networking protocols and security technologies
  • Familiar with common cybersecurity principles and best practices mainly on network protection, systems protection, OT security

• Skills:
  • Ability to partner with different teams in an heterogeneous international environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to solve complex problems.
• Languages:
  • Excellent skills in English language
