This is a hybrid position and we are attending the offices 3 times a week (Vila Olimpia, São Paulo, Brazil).
About the Role
As a Software Engineer (Connectors) at Radiant Security, you will be responsible for programming and maintaining connectors, which are various integrations with third party vendors for ingesting customer data and updating their environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build business logic for all connector types (e.g. webhook, polling, syslog, etc.) and contribute to various design patterns to make this easier.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of connectors, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine technical requirements for product asks and right-sizing engineering solutions to meet them.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with different sorts of integration methods like REST, Webhooks, etc.
- Solid programming skills in Python or Javascript (nodejs).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their respective services (e.g., S3, SQS).
- Knowledge of distributed systems and techniques for building fault-tolerant, high-availability platforms.
- Strong understanding of various database and search technologies (e.g. SQL, ElasticSearch, MongoDB).
- Proficiency in English (at least advanced level) for effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying scalable data services.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting data platforms, using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
