The Client Executive role is paramount to RSA’s growth and mission to deliver unparalleled value to our customers.

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Manager to drive business growth across Mexico and Central America. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, results-driven professional with a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and vendor processes. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with customers, and negotiating deals that contribute to the company’s expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales & Revenue Growth – Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Mexico and Central America.
  • Customer Engagement – Establish strong relationships with customers, understanding their cybersecurity needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing – Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and the company.
  • Market Development – Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on expanding the company’s footprint in the region.
  • Sales Process Management – Navigate complex vendor sales processes and align them with customer requirements.
  • Strategic Partnerships – Work closely with internal teams, distributors, and technology partners to maximize sales performance.
  • Customer Focus – Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring long-term business relationships and repeat sales.

Essential Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, preferably in Mexico and Central America.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong understanding of vendor processes and channel distribution models.
  • Experience in customer-facing sales roles, managing direct and indirect sales.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals.
  • Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity market, solutions, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong ability to develop relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and resellers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Existing relationships with key cybersecurity partners and distributors in Mexico and Central America.
  • Experience selling network security, cloud security, identity solutions, and threat intelligence solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for client engagements.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the region.
