Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst to ensure the successful execution of the organization's strategies, while it algins to IAM Operations. They will translate high-level business goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment between governance and execution. In addition, drive control oversight, and risk reductions for operations while also identify process efficiencies.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze and optimize IAM business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational security and business objectives.
- Oversee identity governance, user access policies, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, HR, and business teams to enhance IAM processes, automation, and efficiency.
- Develop IAM business strategies, metrics, and reporting to measure effectiveness and compliance.
- Support IAM program initiatives, including role-based access control (RBAC), privileged access management (PAM), Cloud, Non-Human Accounts, and identity lifecycle management.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, offboarding and access review process to maintain security and minimize risks.
- Manage IAM-related projects, driving continuous improvements in identity governance, workflows, and user experience.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IAM technical teams to translate business needs into actionable IAM strategies.
- Monitor and enhance IAM risk management processes, ensuring timely mitigation and security gaps.
- Work with vendor, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure IAM operations adhere to best practices.
- Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation
- Direct information security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
- Influence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to an asset to influence control decisions
- Provide consulting on security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
- Act as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions
- Consult the organization on complex security issues and findings
- Manage the most complex and critical information assets
- Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security
- Serve as information security lead to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects and teams
- Coordinate with vendor manager on third party assets to manage information security risks
- Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of Identity Access Management experience
- Experience leading initiatives or lead experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Technology or Business controls experience
- 2+ years of Escalation management or supervisory capacity
- 2+ years related work experience in financial industry operations or systems.
- Experience with IAM technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP) and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage IAM projects, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
