The Senior Manager is part of the Wells Fargo IAM product management team with oversight of a team of IAM Product Owners for Access Control capability areas.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for IAM Governance Products that aligns with IAM goals and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the product management lifecycle for IAM Governance tools and solutions ensuring effective prioritization, development, and delivery.
  • Work closely with IAM Senior Management, business units, governance, and risk and control to align IAM governance initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Identify security risks and solutions and drive strategic planning and roadmap for the IAM products.
  • Set guidelines for compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with bank security policies and controls as well as government regulations.
  • Manage and lead a team of product owners and or business analysts for IAM Governance Products including Metrics and Analytics, Reporting, Compliance, Application Onboarding, Monitoring and Oversight, etc.
  • Work with engineering, operations, critical initiatives and other IAM teams to collect and prioritize requirements, deliver product and services, and manage product lifecycle.
  • Formulate and implement IAM solutions and controls.
  • Interface with Information Security Industry Leaders, Financial industry Leaders, Analysts and Regulators
  • Work with external product vendors and professional services vendors to ensure success.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 6+ years Identity and Access Management experience with deep understanding of architecture as well as technical hands-on capabilities
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

  • Experience working in financial industry with heavy regulatory environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.

  • Ability to take an active role in the education, mentoring and training of less experienced team members.
  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives.
  • Expert Knowledge and understanding of Agile.
  • Excellent communications skills, with ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with a keen attention to details.

      Pay Range
       

      Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

      $144,400.00 - $300,000.00
