The salary range for this position is dependent on experience level ranging from $82,597 to $125,000.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Identity Credentials and Access Management (ICAM) initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of ICAM programs to ensure the security and integrity of our organization’s identity and access management systems. This position can be located in Rochester, NY or Orange, CT with occasional travel to all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Lead and manage ICAM programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for identity and access management, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure successful program delivery.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of ICAM projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of ICAM professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and support audit activities as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve ICAM processes and technologies to enhance security and efficiency.
- Procurement: Acquire goods and services from external sources to support the ICAM Program. This includes identifying needs, supplier selection, negotiation of contracts, managing supplier relationships, cost management, risk management, strategic sourcing, ensuring compliance and monitoring performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years or more of experience.
- Proven experience in program management, with a focus on identity and access management.
- Strong knowledge of ICAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
