Your role at Exness:
We are looking for an Internal Security Analyst to be part of the Internal Security team. As an Internal Security Analyst, you are responsible for implementing the set of measures aimed to provide effective internal security throughout Exness.
You will:
- Review work procedures and activities to eliminate potential fraud and improve the current processes by using the best international practices and knowledge.
- Define vulnerabilities in the process, projects, and products to eliminate fraud and make recommendations to decrease such risk.
- Prepare the business requirements of the tools and reports for detecting potential fraud.
- Perform analysis of new and complex fraud cases.
- Create, launch, and supervise the new processes.
- Prepare reports on the revealed facts of negativity in relation to candidates and their justification.
- Conduct vendor checks, preparing audit reports and analyzing the results.
- Prepare reports on revealed facts in relation to vendors and their justification.
- Carry out OSINT and media analysis.
- Perform finance analysis.
- Make proposals for improving the legal, organizational, and engineering measures to grant the security of the company with the usage of the best practices and knowledge, based on the study of internal or external business issues.
- Participate in the media activity of the division: preparation of and participation in webinars, workshops, and articles.
What we expect from you:
- Good critical and analytical thinking skills
- Understanding of types of fraud
- Familiarity with most of the products and processes in the company as well as with most of the systems, reports, and tools of the company
- 3 or more years of experience with internal or fraud-related investigations
- 3 or more years of experience in background screening or vendor verification
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and Docs
- Ability to take initiative
- Fluency in English: upper-intermediate or higher
- Strong work ethic
- Creativity
- Financial or legal education
- Knowledge in the fields of trade secrets, personal data protection, and international law
- In-depth understanding of anti-financial fraud
Nice to have:
- Experience in fraud prevention within the financial services industry
- Proficiency in additional languages, particularly in Chinese, Bahasa etc.
