Cyber Security Awareness Executive

What You’ll Do

• Training & Support    Provide training and guidance to new team members, ensuring they understand security protocols and company procedures.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity training programs for employees.
• Keep training materials up to date for both internal use and compliance audits.
• Security Monitoring & Risk Management    Monitor and document security threats, ensuring timely incident response.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends by analyzing open and closed sources of threat intelligence.
• Collaboration & Consultation    Work closely with internal IT and development teams to provide expert security advice.
• Collaborate with external security service providers (SOC) on security operations and incident response.
• Documentation & Reporting    Maintain and update the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to align with regulations and industry standards.
• Create and manage technical documentation related to security incidents and preventive measures.

We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat analysis, and risk assessment.
• Experience working with SOC teams or managed security providers.
• Familiarity with ISMS frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and training skills to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to document and report security incidents effectively.
