Appdome, the leading mobile cyber defense automation provider, is looking for a talented and driven Service Delivery Engineer to spearhead our efforts in Brazil.
About the Role:
As our Service Delivery Engineer in Brazil, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support and guidance, working closely with customers to understand their needs, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure they achieve their mobile security goals with Appdome. You'll collaborate with our sales and product teams to drive customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers, focusing on initial engagement and defining success metrics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Take ownership of the technical customer experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to the development of self-service resources and automation tools to improve customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in our internal systems.
- Deliver training sessions to educate customers on new features and best practices.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand customer usage of the Appdome platform.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a master problem solver of hands-on technology, able to instill trust and confidence in their knowledge of the Appdome product and their ability to investigate and (re)solve technical hurdles to successfully deploying Appdome security inside mobile apps. This individual will guide customers through the process of using Appdome to secure their mobile apps and support them with answers to technical questions and help resolve conditions and incidents.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in customer support or technical support roles in a high-tech environment.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- A genuine passion for working with customers and helping them achieve their goals.
- Proven ability to build trust and confidence with customers, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and identify root causes.
- Proficiency in capturing, reading, and understanding mobile device, network appliance, and application logs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to finding solutions and information.
- A strong commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest mobile security trends.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese.
- Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Linux or MacOS X operating systems.
- Experience in mobile app development and frameworks (Android and iOS).
- Experience with consumer-facing mobile applications.
