At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As an Cyber Technical Targeter, a typical day will include the following duties:

GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cyber Technical Targeter to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's cyber security assurance processes. This includes developing and implementing security policies and procedures, conducting security assessments, and monitoring the organization's cyber security posture.

We are seeking a senior level technical targeter to support projects and programs in an area of critical interest.
You will discover, develop, and present operational leads and opportunities to your integrated contractor-government team. You will also lead efforts to develop and implement strategies to gather information working closely with other teams and agencies. Your expertise in tradecraft, tools, and methodologies will be crucial in driving mission success.

Tasks:
Develop and generate new leads/proposals to advance program-area objectives and review all adjacent data
Conduct raw data analysis, normalize and consolidate with existing data to produce new and novel information
Present data to senior level audience on an as-needed basis and provide recommendations based on previous experience
Coordinate analysis and recommendations with a multi-organizational team of professionals
Respond to senior-level requests
Requirements:
Demonstrated targeting experience
Demonstrated success using various sponsor tools and databases to develop work products
Success identifying pertinent information and relaying it in a team environment
Senior-level ability to crate work products that are complete, QA'd and errorfree
Demonstrated experience working successfully with both local and dispersed teams
Proven success working independently and providing impact to your projects
Proven success assimilating and evaluating disparate datasets of different types and sizes
Other qualifications as specified during on-site interviews   Key Skills:

Desired Skills:
Experience with foreign language (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Farsi)
Experience with data repositories
Experience with specialized analytical tools
