Governance Risk Compliance Operations Analyst

Description -

Role Overview The successful candidate will support the optimization of our business processes, drive efficiency, and improve overall operational performance within the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and correlating risk data to identify potential threats.
  • Perform research on cybersecurity frameworks and align cyber activities.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to business stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently (Monitor Inboxes).
  • Help develop and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring efficient utilization of time and resources.
  • Support project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion; assist with various projects, tracking, status updates, and coordination.
  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in developing user guides and training materials to ensure process adherence.
  • Escalate overdue tasks to business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in GRC, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or coursework in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in supporting projects and working in teams.
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Basic understanding of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
