Role Overview The successful candidate will support the optimization of our business processes, drive efficiency, and improve overall operational performance within the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and correlating risk data to identify potential threats.
- Perform research on cybersecurity frameworks and align cyber activities.
- Provide timely and accurate support to business stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently (Monitor Inboxes).
- Help develop and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring efficient utilization of time and resources.
- Support project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion; assist with various projects, tracking, status updates, and coordination.
- Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in developing user guides and training materials to ensure process adherence.
- Escalate overdue tasks to business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in GRC, operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or coursework in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in supporting projects and working in teams.
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Basic understanding of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
