POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen Trend Micro's presence in the assigned territory. This role is responsible for proactively engaging with enterprise customers, managing key accounts, and collaborating with channel partners to enhance customer success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales excellence, a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver value-driven engagements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, increase annual recurring revenue (ARR), and reduce customer churn by leveraging customer success teams.
· Manage and monitor customer health scores to ensure strong retention and long-term account value.
· Leverage sales development representatives (SDRs), marketing initiatives, and digital sales strategies to engage potential and existing customers.
· Collaborate with technical teams and partners to provide proof-of-value (POV) demonstrations of Trend Micro’s solutions throughout the sales cycle.
· Apply account management expertise to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity needs and business objectives.
· Stay informed on emerging security trends, frameworks (Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR, ASRM), and competitive landscape to drive strategic conversations with customers.
· Engage and collaborate with strategic technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.) to enhance solution offerings.
· Lead commercial negotiations, deliver impactful business presentations, and position Trend Micro as a trusted security advisor.
· Ensure accurate revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and compliance with sales reporting norms.
EXPERIENCE:
· 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in cybersecurity or IT solutions.
· Strong knowledge of cyber security solutions ( Endpoint, E-mail, Web, IPS, Cloud-based security solutions).
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
· Ability to translate complex security technologies into business-driven solutions.
· Experience collaborating across functions such as technical teams, marketing, and channel sales.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
· High level of integrity, ethical sales practices, and a customer-first mindset.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and an understanding of SaaS-based selling models.
