Overview

Planned Systems International (PSI) is an Enterprise IT services company who focuses on designing, building, securing, and operating cutting-edge software solutions that drive mission success and operational excellence for Federal Government organizations. We are currently seeking an Application Security Engineer to support The Tactical Assault Kit/Team Awareness Kit (TAK) Product Center (TPC) in the development and security of TAK products. They will collaborate closely with development teams to improve the security of each product and to assist in the connections between them.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

  • Support multiple DevSecOps teams simultaneously in evaluating and improving the cyber security (both offensive and defensive) of TAK Products.
  • Write reports, development notes, and wikis for supporting documentation.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active T3 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information.
  • Active CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Five or more years’ experience supporting DevSecOps teams.

  • Experience with physical and/or virtual networking experience.

  • Mastery of an array of offensive and defensive security techniques used in DevSecOps.

  • Cloud computing experience (AWS preferred).

  • Ability to integrate software solutions on mobile computing platforms.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience using TAK products.
  • Familiarity with DoD Risk Management Framework.
