BDO Canada LLP is seeking an experienced individual to join our growing Cybersecurity team. The Client Success Manager, Cybersecurity has a direct line-of-sight and responsibility to ensure the success of all projects and initiatives related to BDO’s Cybersecurity offerings. You're a strategic advisor that understands the client’s industry, objectives, targets and can anticipate future needs so that we continuously bring the best of BDO to our clients. You're pivotal to our clients’ agenda, understanding the importance of bringing together the right teams to strategize, enable and drive success. The Client Success Manager will build and maintain client relationships, lead internal teams delivering the individual cybersecurity offerings that contribute to each client’s success, and be responsible for the following: 

  • Consistently elevate every client experience by ensuring the highest possible quality of work.

  • Advocate on behalf of both clients and BDO to determine positive outcomes for both;

  • Work with delivery teams to ensure the highest technical, operational and business-related deliverables, including monitoring service levels, reviewing trends, and identifying and tracking key decisions, actions, and risks for continuous improvements in the client’s security posture;

  • Deliver monthly operational and project status reports;

  • Inform clients about BDO’s cybersecurity services, determining the appropriate times and place to introduce our expertise and knowledge to meet their needs;

  • Influence with insight by applying knowledge of client and industry needs, risks, and trends to address security gaps;

  • Develop trusted relationships with BDO clients, offering valuable and accountable service;

  • Anticipate the needs of the client and provide sound technical guidance to ensure their security is maintained in all areas.

Your experience and education

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree;

  • Professional designation required such as SANS, CISSP, PMP or willing to pursue;

  • 5+ years experience managing large enterprise accounts in the cyberspace;

  • Ability to obtain Government of Canada security clearance at the secret level;

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for internal/external purposes matched to the C suite level;

  • Excellent and proven leadership and teamwork skills;

  • Hands on experience in a SOC environment

  • Ability to provide guidance and direction with a cybersecurity lens

  • Results-oriented with attention to detail that can scale effectively across large organizations;

  • Ability to think strategically and systematically, with strong critical-thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills in order to identify key issues and recommend clearly defined solutions and/or responses;

  • General understanding of cybersecurity concepts across all domains;

  • Experience working with professional services teams in a similar capacity; and

  • A track record of continuously enabling a positive work environment.
