WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance and Anti-Fraud professional looking to contribute to a vibrant and innovative company.

As part of the team, you will report to the ****Head of Security, and assist in navigating the complex landscape of legal and regulatory compliance and tuning our anti-fraud processes and operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Monitor, investigate and resolve anti-fraud incidents and privacy requests on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with our data analytics team to analyze anti-fraud cases, improve our anti-fraud monitoring rules and systems, and meet various anti-spam and anti-fraud regulations (CASL, CAN-SPAM Act).
  • Support our cyber security certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and privacy initiatives (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD).
  • Assist in the development, execution, and upkeep of a comprehensive compliance and cybersecurity program in line with legal and regulatory guidelines throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with business and technical leaders to ensure seamless integration of the compliance program throughout the business.
  • Develop and implement compliance training initiatives for employees.
  • Assist in creating company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant certifications, laws and regulations.
  • Assist in establishing a system for identifying and managing compliance and cybersecurity risks.
  • Conduct compliance audits and risk evaluations periodically.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Must haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in compliance, law, data science, business analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a data analytics or compliance role.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to self-serve data by writing SQL queries, and experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Good understanding of privacy laws, regulations, and privacy/cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of organization, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to haves:

  • Relevant privacy or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CIPP).
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in fraud detection.
  • Knowledge of OFAC regulations.
  • Prior experience contributing to a compliance program and international experience.
  • Knowledge of Spanish.
