    • Support ethical AI initiatives, collaborating on bias mitigation, transparency, and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Alignment:

    • Serve as the bridge between technical teams, executives, and legal/compliance departments, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business and compliance insights.
    • Lead discussions to integrate compliance into the early planning stages of projects.
  • Facilitating Design and Portfolio Management:

    • Guide workshops to scope key compliance initiatives, helping to facilitate decision-making and delivery.
    • Seamlessly integrate compliance into agile workflows and DevOps processes, ensuring alignment with product development and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring & Incident Response:

    • Track project performance and ensure compliance during audits.
    • Provide regulatory filing documentation and coordinate swift cross-functional responses to legal or compliance incidents.
  • Training & Awareness:

    • Collaborate to foster a compliance-first mindset, training engineers, product managers, and stakeholders on best practices.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a solid understanding of risk and compliance principles and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to the table.

Here’s what we’re seeking:

  • Education & Experience:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compliance, Technology, or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in portfolio management, risk management, or compliance roles within a tech-driven environment.
  • Technical Expertise & Communication Skills:
