Cloud Security Compliance Expert - Microsoft Azure

Your day to day:

The Cloud Security Compliance Expert will act as key role in the governance of security projects related to Vodafone’s Cloud Services deployed on Microsoft Azure platform, aimed at both process assessment and continuous compliance enhancement with a subsequent risk reduction of cyber-attacks. 
As part of the onboarding methodology, this role will perform security data analysis on Vodafone Cloud and Infrastructure assets working with both technical and business people. The aim is to ensure quality, completeness and correctness of input data through cross-checks, data validation and correlations operating on traditional data platforms and to carry out periodic or ad hoc data analysis that reflect the results of security activities.
The Cloud Security Compliance Expert is the key role to ensure full transparent reporting giving a complete and correct visibility on key security programs within Security & Compliance field. 
This role will in addition manage and coordinate security and compliance related internal projects on Vodafone’s Cloud Services deployed on Microsoft Azure platform to ensure compliance requirements resulting from ISO 27001 and other internal or external compliance frameworks.

•    Collaborates to the delivery of a Microsoft Azure Cloud Security Roadmap in multiple security areas (patching, vulnerability management, hardening, anti-malware) and governs action plans for each customer to become fully compliant
•    Coordinates work into the security functional teams incl. tracking of progress to check whether action plans are met and full reporting on technical as well on executive management level
•    Performs data quality analysis to identify gaps and trigger actions to resolve it across VCI product owners and key stakeholders in order to ensure accurate security information as pre-requisite for a sustainable and correct data analysis
•    Supports in the implementation of an automated reporting (Public/Private Cloud SRM reporting, Public/Private Cloud IS Leadership Team) by providing the business requirements aimed to get a central view on cloud security and compliance for the Vodafone’s estate deployed on Microsoft Azure Cloud
•    Provides periodical and on-demand effective reports across security controls and global initiatives for different audience (Technology Leadership Team, Service Review Meeting, technical teams)
•    Definition of business requirements to implement, maintain, and automate standard reporting on Vodafone’s Cloud Services deployed on Microsoft Azure platform
•    Collection / cleaning / updating of datasets and processing of data models
•    Participation in the governance of security projects related to Vodafone’s Cloud Services deployed on Microsoft Azure platform by ensuring the necessary information
 

With these skills you are a great candidate:

•    Bachelor Degree mandatory, Master degree preferable
•    Consolidated knowledge of cloud computing paradigm, related technologies and service models
•    Knowledge about Lift & Shift migrations from Data Center environments to Microsoft Azure Cloud
•    Knowledge of Azure Landing Zones
•    Knowledge of Azure Update Manager
•    Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including network topology, routing, routing protocols, switching, IP addressing, the OSI model, network security, etc..) 
•    Consolidated knowledge of IT and Data Center standards and Compliance Regulations (e.g. ISO 27001 / 20000 /9001, SOX, GDPR, PCI) and of the ITIL framework
•    Fluent English (minimum level required: B2)
•    3 - 5 years of practical experience in IT Operations, Security Functions
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively influence and communicate with executive levels of management internally and across external partners.
•    Certification on Agile PM/Prince2/PMP or Proven Project Management experience
•    General background of IT Service & Security Management & Governance (e.g. Patching, VN remediation, Hardening, Endpoint protection)
•    Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other Office applications
•    Experience to work with big data platform
•    Microsoft Azure Security Engineer – AZ 500 Certification
