Edenred Fleet & Mobility EMEA is looking for an IT Security Analyst, to be a member of the cybersecurity-team and help us to strengthen our application security and security projects capabilities to defend against cyber-threats and -attacks. Manage incidents, consult and support IT operations and software development with improving our cybersecurity measures and take responsibility for protecting our assets within our team.

Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities

The IT Security Analyst will:

»  report to EMEA CISO, the Application Security Analyst would be responsible for cybersecurity operations, dealing with incidents within the IT systems.

»  assist on guaranteeing Security by Design, Network Security and Secure Coding practices in projects. Aligning security tests and managing vulnerabilities with the EMEA Business Units.

»  will also communicate with other departments and business units within the organization tracking and remediating issues.

The role will:

»  Integrate, maintain and manage vulnerability management tools and scanners and application firewall policies.

»  Perform internal intrusion poofs and evidence when necessary to proper stakeholders.

»  Actively participate on Third Party Penetrations tests schedules.

»  Report, advise and follow-up on vulnerabilities actions plans (mitigation and remediation) with the Business Unit’s stakeholders and development teams on the region.

»  Provide advice and guidance on Network Security topics according to corporate standards.

»  Maintain and control regional applications perimeter.

»  Provide Support functions to Application Security Center of Expertise (at Head Quarter)

»  Define the run book for each Change implementation and participate on the CAB meeting when required

»  Actively Participate on the Incident Response (Detect, Control, Respond and Report).

»  Ensure Quality Control and Lessons Learned of Security Actions on the other Security layers.

»  Govern and Manage related security procedures, guidelines, diagrams and baselines.

»  Perform and Manage Risk Acceptance Letters ensuring correct accountability and escalation when needed.

»  Contribute to build KPIs’ Monthly Book, RCA and SLA of the area.

»  Be able to develop her-/himself continuously.

Required skills & profile

Experience:

»  At least 3 years of experience in IT/CyberSecurity.

»  Bachelor’s in computer science or related field.

»  Hands on experience in IT operations and/or software development in large environments.

»  CISSP, CEH or comparable certification is beneficial

Nice to have:

»  Experience in red team activities

»  Participation in security global projects

Languages:

»  Mandatory: Good spoken and written English

»  Nice to have: Understanding and speaking German is a plus.
