Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Red Team Analyst to join our global cybersecurity organization. In this role, you will simulate advanced cyber-attacks, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve our overall security posture. As part of the Red Team, you will play a critical role in challenging our defenses and enhancing our ability to detect, respond to, and mitigate cyber threats
Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and report on red team operations to simulate real-world cyber threats, including advanced persistent threats (APTs).
· Identify, exploit, and document vulnerabilities in applications, systems, and networks.
· Collaborate with Incident Response teams to enhance detection and response capabilities.
· Develop and maintain tools, scripts, and techniques to support Red Team engagements.
· Perform threat modeling and leverage threat intelligence to design realistic attack scenarios.
· Conduct post-operation analyses to provide detailed reports, including remediation recommendations to stakeholders.
· Stay current with emerging attack techniques, tools, and tactics to ensure realistic testing.
· Maintain strict ethical and operational standards during engagements, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and regulations.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security roles.
· Strong knowledge of attack techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTPs) used by adversaries.
· Hands-on experience with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, and Burp Suite.
· Familiarity with threat modeling frameworks and methodologies.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CRT, or similar are a plus.
