Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manager of Cybersecurity Engineering to lead a team of cybersecurity technologists focused on our cyber security capabilities and tooling. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of our cybersecurity infrastructure and ensuring we continuously evaluate tooling effectiveness, emerging threats, and our ability to defend the security of our global workforce and digital assets. This position involves overseeing a global team and working closely with other cross-functional teams to understand our security posture and protect our global operations.

Responsibilities

· Be a key resource for the Director of Cybersecurity Engineering and Architecture. Lead and manage the cybersecurity engineering team and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

· Design, implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity infrastructure to protect against advanced threats.

· Understand and align with cybersecurity policies, protocols, and best practices.

· Engage with threat intel and security ops teams to understand emerging threats and be a part of discussions and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.

· Monitor and analyze security performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cybersecurity-related projects and initiatives.

· Stay current with industry best practices, emerging threats, and advanced security technologies.

· Prepare and present detailed reports on tooling effectiveness, utilization, and emerging capabilities.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

· Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on cybersecurity matters.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

· At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related role, with experience in a managerial position.

· Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, architectures, and principles.

· Proficiency in configuring and managing cybersecurity devices and technologies, such as EDR, SIEM, Next Generation Firewalls, IAM, PAM, SOAR, DLP, Microsoft.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

· Relevant certifications are a plus.
