About the team:

MBP Team is an extensive and extensible set of arrangement definition, charge processing, transaction processing capabilities upon which various line-of-business (LOB) applications for the financial services markets can be built. MBP supports Retail Deposits and lending products across US regions for multiple clients.

What you will be doing:

• Raising support cases for critical incidents.
• Handson experience in working with SSL certificates - raising CSR, importing and exporting certificates, PKI, knowledge on SSL terminologies.
• Handson experience in anyone Load Balancers BIGIP or Netscaler.
• Proactive support for the day-to-day Service Requests, Change Requests and Incidents.
• Knowledge on SLA, OLA and MTTR, ITIL certification is a plus.

What you bring:

• Must have 3-7 Years of  experience in SRE Windows Admin with Vulnerability
• Extensive technical knowledge on Middleware Technologies (Websphere Application Server, JBoss EAP, JBoss EWS, IBM MQ)
• Installation and configuration of Middleware Products (WebSpher MQ, Websphere Application Server, JBoss EAP, JBoss EWS, IBM HTTP Server, Apache Web Server)
• Handson Experience in Shell Scripting, Jython and Python Scripting, Ansible, YAML.
• Experience in Production Support 24x7 including Incident, Change and Problem Management.

• Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
• Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
• Knowledge of financial services industry
