As a Special Security Analyst, you’ll bring your experience with providing administrative support with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) accreditations with the DoD and expertise to work on projects for the implementation of security program goals, plans, policies, and procedures associated with the development and operation of SCI protection functions and activities. You’ll develop and maintain a continuing SCI security education, training, and awareness program for all subordinate elements on topics relevant to the protection of national security information to support the client's mission requirements. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and ensure compliance with DOD security policies and procedures in regard to SCIF spaces.

You Have:
2+ years of experience with planning and implementing SCI protection functions and activities
2+ years of experience with personnel security, including badge processing, SCI nominations, and visit requests
2+ years of experience with working in a SCIF environment and with SCIF building requirements
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and provide direct client interactions and reports
Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide accountability and reports on project deliverables
Possess of excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
