Does that sound like a fit for you? We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an Identity and Access Manager who will help SEB to stay ahead of the constantly evolving threat landscape. You will be a part of a SEB Baltic IT & Information Security, accountable for Cybersecurity in SEB Baltic environment and protecting the interests of SEB Corporate & Private customers while maintaining the highest level of service. As the Identity and Access Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity and access management (IAM) practices to ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with security, IT, and business teams to manage access controls, enforce policies, and protect sensitive company and customer data.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the implementation of IAM strategy together with colleagues from IT security, IT Services and Product Development teams
  • Drive the design and enhancement of IAM processes across the organization.
  • Develop and oversee the adoption IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with Security, IT, and Product Development teams to integrate IAM best practices into operational workflows.
  • Monitor and assess IAM-related risks, providing guidance on mitigation strategies.
  • Advocate for IAM improvements, fostering awareness and best practices across departments.
  • Act as an expert on IAM-related initiatives, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and operational needs.
  • Conduct IAM-related risk assessments and implement necessary improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance on IAM best practices to internal teams.

We are looking for:

  • Experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or IT security.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM foundations and technology such as MFA, RBAC, PBAC, ABAC, AD, IGA
  • Strong knowledge of IAM solutions, protocols, and standards such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Active Directory.
  • You are very comfortable with complex governance setup that will support large organization with secure controls of IAM
  • A collaborative team player who can build strong relationships in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in cybersecurity.
  • Professional security certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent in English. (English is required as you will be working on solutions, developing products and services in the Baltics, and collaborating with Baltic teams.)
