Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Administration: Administer and support IT security applications to ensure system integrity and optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all supported systems, including configurations and security processes.
  • Policy Enforcement: Interpret and implement information security policies, standards, and compliance requirements across systems.
  • Vulnerability Management: Stay informed of security features and vulnerabilities in supported products and apply necessary updates or protections.
  • Configuration Management: Review, recommend, and manage software component changes and system configurations to meet security requirements.
  • Deployment Support: Collaborate with teams to test and deploy global security and data protection configurations effectively.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose, address, and correct misconfigurations in endpoint security and data protection systems.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers for supported systems.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain routine reports detailing the progress and effectiveness of security and data protection projects.
  • Innovation and Testing: Conduct proof-of-concept deployments to evaluate and implement new security technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Possess strong communications and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Min 5 years working experience in similar function.
  • Capable of independent work.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in administering enterprise applications.
  • Develop and utilize custom scripts for automation.
  • Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security methodologies.
  • Knowledge of system performance indicators, availability, and diagnostic processes for recurring issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with all user levels and ability to consult on project scope and requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects and developers to oversee design solutions.
  • Ability to document design requirements and constraints.
  • Recommend and oversee configuration changes.
  • Translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Identify end-user software and hardware needs.
  • Diagnose and mitigate system performance issues.
