We are seeking a Security Architecture Manager to lead our Secure Architecture department. This individual will be responsible for developing and overseeing security architecture strategies, frameworks, and implementations for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of security design principles, enterprise security controls, and emerging cybersecurity threats, while also demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Secure Architecture department
  • Develop and execute security architecture strategies that align with client needs and industry standards
  • Drive innovation and best practices in security architecture design and implementation
  • Define security reference architectures and frameworks for enterprise environments
  • Assess, design, and implement secure solutions for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures
  • Ensure security is embedded in IT and business initiatives, balancing risk and business objectives
  • Provide expert advisory to clients on security architecture
  • Collaborate with client technical teams to assess security postures and design security solutions
  • Conduct security architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure security architecture aligns with industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and Zero Trust principles
  • Support compliance initiatives including GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other regulatory frameworks
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, risk management, and executive teams
  • Present security architecture strategies to clients as part of Pre-Sales activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in security architecture, cybersecurity consulting, or enterprise security
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, methodologies, and technologies (e.g., Zero Trust, IAM, Network Security, Cloud Security)
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing security solutions across IT and OT environments
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, GDSA etc
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
