AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Data and AI Risk and Compliance Lead.
Clean, actionable, and compliant data and effective AI and analytics solutions are a foundational requirement for a farmer first company.
This role will focus on ensuring adherence to data protection regulations, mitigating risks associated with AI and data usage, and embedding a culture of ethical AI and data governance throughout the organization.
The Data and AI Risk and Compliance Lead will work with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, IT and Business Teams to ensure that AI and Data related risks are minimized.
This role will document data and AI and processes, frameworks and policies as required and will support change management through stakeholder engagement including workshops and regular communication.
In addition, lead the definition of data and AI risk and compliance KPIs with routine monitoring in place. Create guidance and training to raise awareness and drive adherence to policy, process and system controls.
Based on maturity monitoring and KPIs this role will work with legal, compliance, security, and technical teams to identify, recommend and prioritize risk management and mitigating actions to be implemented by the IT and Data Development teams. Progress of risk mitigation actions, including technical execution plans will be routinely reported to senior management.
Your Impact
- Ensure all data handling activities are compliant with regional legislation and where necessary create work logs and an audit trail (data log) for sensitive data handling.
- Establish and lead the implementation of AI and Data Risk management prioritization, scoring methodology, policies and frameworks.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify, establish or create data policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Raise awareness of AI and Data risks through communication, stakeholder engagement, training and sharing of best practice. Lead workshops to better understand AI and Data Risks and capture user requirements. Work with key stakeholders to remediate through training, process changes and technical development
- Identify and support the development of technical solutions to minimize AI and data risk, where possible use process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency; evaluate software and external support where required.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years working in AI and Data Compliance and/or Risk Management
- Expert in advanced writing, verbal, and other presentation skills in English. Effective communicator / people skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT, Legal and Business Management.
- Knowledge of AI and Data Architecture, Lifecycle, Data Quality Standards and Cloud Computing
- Experience of global working is beneficial.
