As a Penetration Testing Intern, you'll be a part of our team that specializes in vulnerability management and penetration testing. We provide our customers with meaningful security insights that help mitigate risks against their critical information assets.
What you'll do:
Assist with vulnerability management and penetration testing team activities
Document findings and assist with the creation and quality assurance review of vulnerability management services and penetration testing reports; deliver the information in verbal and written format.
Help senior members with other information security tasks as assigned
Assist with the research and development of new tools or techniques vulnerability assessment and penetration testing products and methodologies
Maintain technical proficiency, sharing knowledge throughout the firm through tool development, template enhancements and methodology enhancements. Identify and implement improvements in existing processes and procedures.
what you'll need:
College/University students currently enrolled or recent graduate in a Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, Software Development, Network Engineering and/or equivalent program.
Be in pursuit of a relevant college or university degree with the graduation date of December 2024 or April 2025
Interest and passion in ethical hacking and cyber security.
Strong knowledge of computer networking and/or web/software development.
Proficiency with Linux-based and Windows Operating Systems.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Self-motivated and driven to get results and make an impact, while utilizing strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively.
Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the duration of the program.
Team oriented; develops positive relationships with coworkers and other partners involved.
Nice to have
Leadership experience on campus through community involvement, student organizations, internships and/or work.
Bilingual French and English
The 2025 Summer Intern Program will run from May 2025- August 2025.
Pay range: $ 25 - $ 27/ hour, depending on experience and skill set
