Vacancy: Cyber Awareness Lead

As the Cyber Awareness Lead you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy to ensure JM users are adequately trained and upskilled to provide a strong line of defence for Johnson Matthey.

Your responsibilities:

  • Working with the Head of Security Operations & Threat Management and the CISO, define and execute a strategy for cyber education and awareness across the organisation
  • Lead, manage, develop, and execute information security training and awareness campaigns at the enterprise level and to targeted groups (e.g., business sectors, senior leaders, high risk individuals, IT team)
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the company to understand and address business objectives, risks and education requirements
  • Drive the definition and implementation of security awareness policies and procedures.
  • Deliver creative and innovative awareness campaigns leveraging various formats and delivery channels to drive adoption of required Information security practices. Content types include communications, web-based activities, social collaboration, and live events.
  • Maintain and develop the Cyber Awareness platform on behalf of JM
  • Develop and execute communication & awareness plans to support security incident casework.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and awareness interventions, and report on training efficacy, providing reporting to Cyber and Business Leadership.

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience managing projects in a delivery focused customer facing role
  • Experience of identifying requirements and benefits to business areas
  • Experience of interfacing with IT Assurance, Risk, Compliance or other stakeholders
  • Experience of implementing best practice across IT Assurance, Risk and Compliance and IT Security
  • Experience of development and delivering educative interventions to a range of stakeholders
