Job Summary

Konecranes Information Technology organization secures sustainable growth and operational excellence through IT innovation and data insights. The service portfolio is wide; ranging from IT services provided to enable Konecranes business processes, through Helpdesk, to business intelligence and analytics identifying new business opportunities.

Global ERP services provide an integrated view of core business processes in real-time for all units using the SAP system.

We are seeking a skilled SAP Security and S4 HANA Security Consultant having 01 year - 03 years expertise in designing, implementing, and managing security roles and authorizations within the SAP S4 HANA environment. As a Security Consultant, you will be instrumental in ensuring secure and compliant access management while safeguarding business-critical data and processes across our SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support:
   1. Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or PP.
   2. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Customizing and Enhancements:
   1. Customize SAP solutions to meet specific business needs.
   2. Work on enhancements, integration, and testing.
3. Issue Resolution:
   1. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to SAP S/4HANA and provide prompt solutions.
   2. Support end-users by resolving tickets and queries.
4. Role Management:
   1. Work on user roles and authorizations in S/4HANA, ensuring compliance with SOD (Segregation of Duties).
   2. Collaborate with the security team to maintain secure and efficient role structures.
5. Documentation:
   1. Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions.
6. Collaboration:
   1. Partner with global teams on S/4HANA-related projects and support tasks.
   2. Contribute to the migration from ECC to S/4HANA.
7. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.

Qualifications

To achieve these goals required Skills and Qualifications are

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in implementing or supporting S/4HANA solutions.
• Proficiency in S/4HANA configuration.
• Basic understanding of Fiori apps and SAP GUI.
• Knowledge of IDOCs, integration, and data migration tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with global teams.
• Exposure to S/4HANA security and role management.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA migration processes.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• SAP certification in relevant modules.
